Lusso Autocare – Terms & Conditions

By booking with Lusso Autocare, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Booking & Deposits
  • A deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount may vary depending on the service requested and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if a booking is cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of your scheduled time.

 

  1. Quotes & Vehicle Condition
  • To receive an accurate quote, recent photos or videos of your vehicle must be provided before confirming your booking.
  • If the vehicle’s condition is drastically different from the media provided, additional fees may apply at the time of service.
  • While rough price estimates can be given without photos, these are subject to change after your vehicle has been visually assessed.

 

  1. Pet Hair Removal
  • Excessive pet hair will incur an additional $50 fee, which will be noted in your quote based on submitted images.

 

  1. Pricing
  • All pricing is vehicle-specific and based on factors such as make, model, size, and current condition.
  • A personalised quote will be provided for each vehicle.
  • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

 

  1. Weather-Related Cancellations
  • As many services are weather-dependent, Lusso Autocare reserves the right to reschedule your appointment in the event of poor or unsafe weather conditions.
  • If your appointment is affected by weather, you will be contacted promptly to arrange a new time. Your deposit will be carried over to the rescheduled booking.

 

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee
  • At Lusso Autocare, we stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns and ensure you’re happy with the final result.

 

  1. Right to Refuse Service
  • Lusso Autocare reserves the right to refuse service if:
  • The vehicle poses a health or safety risk
  • The condition of the vehicle differs significantly from what was presented
  • The customer fails to comply with any of the terms above
